Feeling heavy

Hellor im not really sure how to explain this but recently the past few months i have felt more heavy within myself it feels like im constantly carrying a huge amount of weight around its like something is dragging me down simple way to put it is it makes me feel quite heavy. Just to point out im not a big person and im a healthy individual so i know it isnt weight. I was wondering if there are any types of meditation i could do or anything to cleanse myself. I've felt that before once outside of a church. You can always think of things that you enjoy doing and how much you love somthing that means a lot to you me it was riding horses people and earth and it's animals.
