Anti-Anxiety Spell

Hi I was wondering if theres an anti-anxiety spell because I get a lot of anxiety, I'm on anti-depressants for it but I still get very nervous, so thats why, I'm just wondering if there is a spell, if you could help me out that would be great. Thanks.

Hi, when I was looking through the spell section I found this one put out by the Spell Casters coven. It's a relaxation spell that might help. If not I'm sure there are many more to find.

Relaxation spell

if you have incense and candles, light them, if not, sit on the floor, or lay on your bed and recite:

'I am peace, I am calm, I am love, trust, hope and quietude, send me the angels of times forgotten, and lead me to peace inside.'

This wont make you fall asleep, obviously, but it will help settle your mind after, say, a hard day at the office, or if you have to sleep, but your too pumped with energy. Hope it helps! :D Merry ye part!

On way to help with anxiety is to carry a piece of Aventurine in your pocket. When ever you start to feel uneasy hold the stone in your receptive hand and draw clam form the stone. If you have a lot of worry put a peice of Black Onyx in your pocket. When you start to worry hold the stone in your projective hand and place your worries in the stone. If you do this just remeber to charge and purify your stones, for they can lose their power over time.

As I said I am on medication and I go see a therapist every month. I have a majot anxiety problem that no medication can help yes, it reduces it but it doesn't make it go away completly. I just needed something to help it go away more. Thanks to everyone who helped.
