Fictional?

Can fictional gods (video game, book), manifest themselves to become real with enough intent? what if you tried to invoke, summon one?

P.S- i know this is a somewhat of a stupid question, but still i have to wonder..

Summon is probably not the right word, calling upon them, magic assistance etc..

try looking up the word "fictional" in the dictionary....the answer is no, fiction is fantasy, fake, make believe
