New To The Wicca Religion

Hello (: I am a 14 year old male just now joining the Wicca Religion. I am keeping my share of research and trying to have a better understanding of the term "witchcraft" but I have a few questions.
1. ~ Where should I start in The Wicca religion? (I heard that it takes years of practice to be adept at witchcraft, so I'm wanting to know where should I start or where you guys started)
2. ~ Do All The Spells On This Site Work?
3. How Do Summing Spells Work? Does The Character Just Appear In front Of You Like In The Movies or? (I've seen a spell for summing 26 angels to your aid but , idk if it's true or what?)
Please take the time to help me out with my questions as I wish to become an adept Witch One Day.

i can help with the first 2, because i have no experience with somoning. first off, i am also a 14 year old male, and i first started with some simple, easy spells such as luck and relaxation spells. and in my experience, the majority of spells on this site work. i only say this because im still waiting to become a mermade;) blessed be, and good luck.

ok. this is my favorite spell i have ever cast. luck spell "wondering magick bring to me, in this life the luck i need, so all my angels can be seen, and thus fulfill my every dream. combined earth and fire, bring forth my heart's desire. guardians of the sea, keep all harm from me." i use this occaisonally and it has never failed me. also, do you have a BoS yet?

No not yet. Where should I start with all this ?
