Familiars

I tried a spell on one of my cats and now she follows me around a lot. Is it possible she's my familiar?

it depends on the nature of the spell. if the spell was directly intended to create a familiar then yes. if it was a remove fleas spell then most likely not. however, some people have accidentaly created familiars when casting because of blowback. blowback is where a small part of the spells power infuses itself with an animal or spirit. the spell has your "signature" on it of sorts and that animal or spirit will bind to you. thats how both my cats bece my familiars.
