Hello everyone, I've come here simply because I want to work under the Pagan religion, I just need to know how to convert to it, I've seen a lot of different methods on how to get myself going but I don't know how to do it, please help me.

There is no one Pagan religion! All religious beliefs that are not of the "orthodox" main religions; Christianity,Islam, Buddhism, etc., are thought of as Pagan. But,then again, many followers of the "main" religions would say that ALL other religions are Pagan!
So Pagan, of itself, is not a religion. Paganism is just an "umbrella" term for the many "unorthodox" religions.
My religion technically is Faelatry, which is a very folk pagan religion that makes it easy to self-initiate and just do what feels right with it.
There can be initiatory pagan religions such as some branches of Wicca. While I call myself a Faelatrist, I can't call myself just any other religion that is also Faelatry such as Authiyenfae or Otherfaith. I do believe that those are initiatory religions as well.
For others, it's just research. Well, it can get to be a lot of research: Hellenic polytheism, Kemetic Reconstructionism, Norse Reconstructionism, which one captures your interest? Are you interested in Eastern faiths such as Shinto? There's resources for researching that.
Or if you'd just like to start with the New Age movement, that serves as a lot of people's gateway.

Yea, as said Pagan is a term, not a religion. What you are asking is like jumping into the sea. If I were you, I would make a list of beliefs then try to find a religion with similar views. If you just want to cast spells, you don't need to convert, as anyone can cast, it isn't specific to one religion. If you are an environmentalist type, who beliefs there is more than one God, or perhaps God is female, perhaps a Wiccan path might suit your views. [Please note Wicca does have other views than being pro-environment, most Wiccans are Eco-friendly is all] sit down and soul search for a bit, then try a Google search, or maybe post a couple key points here so the members might narrow your search. A third option is to look into a mythology you have an interest in, or your ancestors originated from, like Celtic or Roman, as there are those who practice the old paths today, just don't convert right away, read a book or two before deciding.
