Knot magic, also called cord magic because sound wise knot magic sounds like not magic, in a style of magical practice that uses knots tied in cords as a sort of "power cell" for a spell, you'd normally see them used a lot with weather magick back when sailors were have a witch make them and then say "oh we need more wind for the sails" they would untie the knot that held that spell therefor releasing the spell. But they can be used for a lot of different kinds of spells, such as binding spells. Is there something specific your looking to do? That might help us figure out how we can help you. Cord magic is also used a lot by "broom closeted" witches, or witches who aren't safe to practice openly and can't use candle magic maybe because they live in rented accommodations or simply don't have acess to the more popular candle magick for whatever the reason.
