There's someone in my life that is important to me that has a brother whom he loves very much but his brother won't return his calls or even call him like he used to do because he feels as though his brother betrayed him although he has tried to talk to him, does anyone know a spell that may fix the situation?

A friendship spell would work the best, though it might be best to let time wash away the betrayal.

You might look into Honey Jar spells. These are designed to "sweeten" a relationship. While they won't fix the problem in the long term they can help to create an atmosphere initially where there is the potential to restore the relationship if both brothers then are willing to do the work to fix the problem that exists between them.
