forget the word spell

okay, recently iv learnt some racist words and my step mum is seriously annoying me and i scared 1 day ill say the words to her so is there a spell to help me forget that word or help me not to say it when im angry or frusterated thank you

rather than use spells cause it won't just block the word, it'll block quite a bit more like things you've done, know, feel etc It sounds like you have already forgotten the word, but just in case, when you feel that you are getting really het up walk away and ground yourself back to calmness. Simply release all that is negative and angry out into the world, but through your feet or through a window otherwise it may get deflected back to you.
