It depends on its purpose.

It all depends on the spell. Just know transformation, kenises, changing genders are all fake. I also suggest you read the forums I will post before casting any spells

Spells in general can have better success if they are spoken your preferred language as you may have a deeper connection to your native language than English.

However it is important to note that not every spell can work, as shadowcasts has stated. Any spell written by you will more than likely to succeed as long as the spell is realistic and can be written in your native language with no need for translation.
