Spells

How often should spells be performed? How many spells can be performed per day/week? Is it necessary to cast a circle everytime a spell is performed? Thanx a bunch for any advice/tips you give me.

spells can be casted anytime of the day but spells are better sued are certain times depending on what the spell is. I heard yes it is good to always open a circles then close a circle when you have finished doing a spell. If you want any tips go to front page and click beginners that has advice for begisnners

spells can be cast whenever but as the previous poster said it whould help depending on the moon phase but also spells are based on your magickal ability (the pure essence you posses)
Somtimes spells wont be effective if you cast to many at one time, many experts wait a period of time if they want to cast a spell because this helps build inner power for example if you wish to cast a extremley big spell and very powerfull then you whould go a week just meditating and not using any of your energy this way you are storing your power, but really its what you feel capable of doing that matters.

I don't have an alter or bundles of candles so how could I make a circle? And what types of candles work best?

you dont have to have candls to open a circl and you dont always have to have an alter ether. most of the time i cast my circle by finding norht south east and west and asking the elements to bless the corners. as for candles i have only used them to bless my BOS and i only do that once or twice a year depending on what ive put in it. so you realy dont have to yhave candles or an alter. if a spell calls for them and you dont have them open your third eye and visualise them that has work for me on a few spells
