The past few days have been pretty crazy for me. I had some maintenance guys come to the apartment to fix bathroom tiles and it took them 6 days. I smoke weed sometimes to work on my psychic ability and this morning I was mediating and felt alot of negative energy around the house. It got to the point where I needed to go outside in the rain to cleanse my aura. Once I got out there, I felt so much better and was able to relax; almost like having a spiritual shower. My question is did the weed help open my third eye even more and more sensitive to feeling energy?

It is difficult to say, as weed and other narcotics work by influencing the function of the brain. Weed is especially difficult to predict because there are many strains of the plant out there, and they all have different concentrations of THC, and sometimes they have other compounds that add or detract from the effect.
Generally speaking, THC creates a sense of relaxation and a lack of mental focus. In higher doses (such as from strains of cannabis bred for high THC content) it can cause feelings of anxiety and for a few, mild hallucinations. So it may be just a factor of getting a stronger dose than your system is used to.
Also, one needs to take into account the details of the event itself. Feeling a sudden push of negativity doesn't necessarily mean your sensitivity is stronger. It might also mean the energies themselves got stronger and so you felt them more.
It may have also been a result of your meditative focus as well and had nothing to do with the weed or ambient energy. A person's sensitivity is a direct function of their mindfulness of the present moment. When a person is distracted, concentrating on mundane things, or otherwise not really thinking about energy or energy working they are less likely to notice a change. It is like sitting in a room with friends with several different conversations going on. You might hear the overall noise of everyone talking, but you're going to only really be able to pay attention to and understand one conversation at a time. Meditating is like choosing one specific 'conversation' while actively tuning the others out.
