valkyrie HELP

OK, to explain I have a Valkyrie following me around, prity much with me 24/7. how i know its a valkyrie is that she shows her self to me every so often and i can feel her lean on me at times. can any one help me with why shes here and how I can communicate with her?
I know in some story's have a valkyrie as a family Guardian and others say they can find mortal husbands. I can say that any women i have over to my place at times, they tell me that they feel uneasy when i'm not with them and they feel like they'r being watched. So can any one help me with my valkyrie problum?
