Some More questions

I was wondering if it is possible to transfer energy from one being into another through astral projection, or instead of people, animals and trees.
I understand energy manipulation ( i.e making psi balls and such ), but is it any different in the astral planes?

The astral plane is a mental plane though on this plane there are some who reference the ability to draw energy from other beings and in theory this principle should be reversible. If you can draw energy from nature to channel into spells then you should be able to reverse this flow. There is collective/group spell casting and energy channeling as well, but in general energy transfer is often meant to work in spell casting. I am not certain you can transfer energy to give someone a energy boost or anything similar.
