Hi Im herbalife am muslim and m very intrested in this kind of things from age of 15 and am 18 this year have studied basic energy methods but cant use the energy sometimes and astral travel thing did every way and every thing came down to the end but cant come out how much try but it isnt happening please help me

Herbalife, don't sweat the issues. It takes time and practice. Some people attempt astral projection for years, with no success, while some people seem to have very quick results.

As for the energy work, I'm not sure what you mean by not being able to use it sometimes. Would you care to elaborate?

Well forget about energy problem. In astral travel when you get out something like feminie scream hearing is normal? I found out that sometimes my body gets locked and i feel strong vibrations. By the way my father had those things too when i was 15 or so i didnt know astral travel and only tought it was some evil being. And now i can control it but shall i do it?

Sleep paralysis happens sometimes. The female screaming, I don't know what to make of that. And If you chose to do it, that is up to you.
