Online Chat Not Working

Hello! I use Google Chrome as my default browser and Live Chat hasn't been working for me lately. I can open it up and read what other people are saying, but when I type in a message and hit enter, it fails to pop up in the chat. Saw the disclaimer and I just thought I'd let you all know. I'm sure you are working on it already, best of luck! :)

Yep. I've been using the chat for a while now, this issue has only popped up inthe last week or two.

It's been a bit buggy in general. I'm on Mozilla Firefox and sometimes have to refresh multiple times before it will work. For instance I'll see the entire chat list in the coven chat tab, and won't be able to speak, anything I type just disappears.

I have a similar problem, I use Microsoft edge. I have yet to update my chrome. Would the refresh thing work with edge as well? Or are there certain things for certain browsers. I'm not tech savy, so i might need some help with the tech stuff.

For whatever reason, the toggled on page version of the chatter is the only one that seems to work on Google Chrome, as of right now, but it's a bit spotty as well. Firefox seems to work a bit better, when launching the chatter and has less issues. The admin is looking into this right now, and we'll hopefully have a fix for it soon.
