Yvanektara here from Washington State. My introduction to the magickal world was in 1995, the year in which I mark my true spiritual awakening. In a truly harsh year, my dreams went into overdrive while my health deteriorated. Then in July, I encountered a dream teacher in a temple that proved to be very much like a temple in which I would be physically initiated many months later. My original occult training was in the Golden Dawn curriculum. But I've expanded beyond it into other directions. I love the earthy simplicity of Wicca. I also love other Pagan paths. My patron goddess remains Isis Urania.

These days I mostly do meditation, dreamwork, Reiki, and other light work, especially while feeling Kundalini forces. Sometimes I do candle magick. I've been at this almost 3 decades now but find there's still plenty for me to learn.

I'm just now taking in the abundant information on this site. I won't go into a chat just yet, especially while there are some matters of which I'm reading to think through. I may have some questions about certain rules. But that would be for another thread.
