Magic

Ummm.. I am new to this and some of the magic, well the ones that I've tried, didn't quite work as good... i mean i tried this spell that`ll make the sun come out, and the sun can out for only like 5 minutes... did i do the spell right? do i even have any powers within me? has these spells ever worked really well for anyone else?

You have as much power as anyone, so don't doubt yourself. Keep in mind, five minutes is a start. And also keep in mind, the sun has it's own agenda.
if you're into weather spells I would suggest working with wind as it's fairly fickle anyhow.
If you're just in it for the knowledge of learning your means, I suggest starting with basic energy manipulation. And of course plenty of meditation and visualization. Oh, and lots of focus on your chakras, starting out.

okay so for meditation i just sit down somewhere quiet and focus on something? and for visualization i uh...???
how am i suppose to focus on my chakras?
as u can see i am really dumb at all this! :(
i need all the help i can get, so i might get annoying >.

soo i just do this energy and meditations over and over
until what? . . .

untill you start having energy to the point that for some reason your mind says try this, or try that, push at that thing or pull against that, if you learn the basics the right way everything else kinda just falls into place as it should.

i already get that feeling

i cast rain spell. the rain comes the next day. is this magic?

Well if you do a weather spell or atmokinesis, check the weather forecast for this and the following days and try to summon weather that isn't in that forecast, as there is such a thing as coinicdences.
