Whether Wicca is right for you is a decision that only you can make. But before you do make that decision your post makes it clear that you don't know all that much about the religion of Wicca and what it entails. I would suggest you do a bit of reading and thinking before you make your decision as choosing to practice another religion and giving up your prior beliefs is a big decision to make. Try these threads for some assistance in learning more:
Don't worry about spells. Spells are only a tiny bit of what Wicca is all about.
If you find you have specific questions as you read don't hesitate to ask me. I've been a practicing Wiccan for some 30 years. While I don't teach on-line, I will respond to questions.
You only decide what is, and isn't right for you. However read more, and actually learn the basic's of Wicca.
To be honest here, i suggest doing a year and a day study. This will show you basics, and help actually learn more knowledge on wicca, as well as basics, spels, ect.
For videos, i suggest Tip Toe chick. For books gardner, valienteen, buckland, and Cunningham. Try witchcraft for dummies, ect.

I have the answers to your questions,but first I would like to tell you that there are many types of wicca,such as Celtic wicca,Dragon wicca,etc.
Now to anwer your questions:
who do we worship? It depends on the path you follow,there are different deities for each path,Dragons are worshiped in Dragon(also known as Draconian)wicca instead of Gods and Godesses,The Horned God (not Satan) and The Triple Godess are commonly worshipped
what are our belifes .? Once again,it depends on the type of Wicca you are following,if you can tell me the types you are interested in,I can provide some links to help
do we have to pray ? Yes,we have to pray
do we have to preform rituals ? Its up to you,there are certain times we must do rituals,you also don't need many items,usually some herbs and candles are fine,try and get some insense too,gemstones are cheap but should always be cleansed first,If you not allowed to wear a pentcle,wear a simple star

I would like to add on, in a way i disagree with toxic dragon. We do not have to pray, there is no bible, or rule saying you ''have'' to. However, most people will agree that we should pray, but, we don't have to. Therefore, this is my veiw.
If you decide to become Wiccan, there are many pantheons/branches that worship different gods. There's celtic, norse, eclectic, alexandrian, ect, ect. They all have very different veiw's, and terms of worship.
It's totally up to your heart and mind to choose that. I run a Pagan blog and erote about this question once. In it, I said, "Before you start, ask yourself why you want to be Wiccan?" Once you know why (and are honest with yourself) you can move on from there.
