What do you even mean by "heal your psychic abilities?" Psychic abilities aren't a sickness to be healed, and they aren't something that needs healing by any means.

I mean the abilities that allow you to transmit information from spirit world. Such as hearing spirits, feeling, seeing...

It depends on what your specialty is in. I too am psychic, but I am an intuitionist and a clairvoyant. Clairvoyants, see the future through dreams. And an intuitionist is someone who listens to their Higher Self in situations that may come later.

To transmit information through the spirit world using AP, one must be able to leave the body confidently, and enter the spirit world, and contact spirits. How to do this I am not sure, but there are other who do know. Hope this helps.

Sometimes an imbalance of nutrients can cause your skills to slip. It could also simply be that the spirits you used to hear don't hang around you anymore. Get back to the basics, meditate and rebuild your personal energies. Like often seeks like, so if you changed your behavior recently, it could also be the cause.

You can heal your psychic abilities by cleansing your chakras,which are the power centers.
When these chakras are blocked or have picked negative influences this can weaken the power of these chakras.
You can do that astrally or 3 dimensional.
And when the chakras are actively working the psychic abilities begin to manifest.

I do not believe that Psychic Abilities are something that needs to be healed or treated.

To me, they are just always there and are unlikely to athrophy.

You may feel disconnected to them because of several imbalances or you are no longer attuned to them.

Clearing such imbalances and attuning yourself appopriately would naturally solve most issues.

mrCritic I appreciate your critical views on things. But I feel entitled to bring it to your attention that 'psychic abilities' can be developed and improved over time. The most knowledgeable people in the magick community know this very well.

Perhaps my post implied it. What I meant was that it is unlikely to deteriorate. Once attained , it never truly leaves.

Familiarity and Attunement with it may leave and blockages and states of mind and being may cause issues accessing it , however , it never truly leaves.

That was what my previous post was attempting to say.
