It is good to ground and center before AND after a magical working. :D

im sort of concerned any where i go i feel like energy is coming into me and wont stp i really need help

You need to ground yourself sealab. When you feel it becomes overwhelming, ground out. Do the above exercise whenever you start feeling overwhelmed.
