The idea of asking a Demon to appear is good, its simply nice to incorportate some seperation and protection in with it. The idea of asking a Demon to appear is a nice although just throw in the protection.
I would just like to add that there is more than one type of satanism. Anton LaVey(who i highly respect) started the version of satanism that were atheists and used the name satan as a way to keep close minded people out.
Now for a bit of history, Theistic Satanism (what www.joyofsatan.com tries to explain) practices the worship of lucifer/satan as a actual being, unlike LaVey's version which agian...are athiests.
Many of you may not know that the christians stole the being lucifer from the greeks. Lucifer was also known as the light bearer in greek mythology.
Dont get me wrong...i do not fully agree with what joy of satan represents. However i do know from personal experience that lucifer is a real being on at least the astral level. Ive communicated with him on several occasions. I suggest next time you all want to attack something you research it further.
If anyone wishes to contact me on this subject please pm me. I do not have alot of time and will probly not be checking this forum post again.
NightShade; All of what you have said has been covered (with the exception of that bit about Lucifer). Healer explained the difference between Satanisms, about Lucifer being stolen; wouldn't be the first time (Rome, Greek, Celtics, etc), and I pointed out at the end of my first post that this is NOT meant as an attack. If your post was meant as an attack(before reading further; note the 'IF' at the beginning of this sentence) perhaps you should read the whole first post and the posts following it before posting.
Aside from that there was something else that I forgot to quote from that site. It mentions that live sacrifices was a Christian thing and they also claimed to have researched all that they said, but if they had researched Christianity and Judaism(the two religions they chose to attack rather then explain their own beliefs), they would have seen that the start of Christianity was also the end of such sacrifices.
Going off of what Rag said, Jews have not practiced live sacrifice for almost two thousand years. partially because we no longer have a temple and partially because the world has changed and we do not need animal sacrifice any longer. It used to be a way for us to atone for our sins but now, we use prayer to atone.

I have to totaly disagree with Mephistophel on this one
"The Original Gods [Demons] were unjustly labeled as monsters and branded as "evil" to keep humanity from spiritual knowledge. Because of this, the human race has drastically degenerated both spiritually and intellectually." - the fact about hating angels and other beeings it's just pure mistake. None of them are evil, well some are, but in the most part, they are just the same. Let's take a simple example. Pepsi or coke? Doesn't them taste almoust the same? Well, angels and demons are like that. Both have a good side, and both have a bad side. You can't call me evil, or good."
Well did any of you ever heard of a angel attacking a person or doing harm to people I GUES NOT !
But did you hear about a Demon taking over a persons bodey and tortureing the person to death well i did read about Emily Rose the most "famous" case of a possesion (i dont mean the movie the storry is based on a thru storry )
Actually, the tormenting of a persons body is due to the increase of energy. A person can only handle so much energy within themselves. So if an angel were do enter a persons body, the exact same effect would happen.
I forgot to add that. Pepsi is better then coke any day. I could go on both soda's history and explain various other reasons for why Pepsi is better besides it's taste, but that's not the topic here.
As for the possession thing for Angels and Demons, I've never heard of an Angel possessing anyone and perhaps that is why.
Perhaps this should be added to the Christian thread I made instead of this one, but Christians do not believe Demons are evil because they are demons; they believe that they are CALLED Demons because they are evil.
Christian belief, regardless of what individual Christians believe, is that Angels, Demons, and Fallen Angels are the same thing. Angels follow the Lord, Demons are Angels who chose not to follow the Lord and instead followed Lucifer(Satan), and Fallen Angels would be Angels that left Heaven for one reason or another and chose to follow neither God nor Satan. By Christian beliefs, Satan is evil and so those that follow him would be evil as well, thus the Demons are not evil because they are Demons; they are Demons because they are evil.
Make sense?
I'm glad that's understood.
Another thing to keep in mind is that evil is a point of view. As has been mentioned before; the terrorists that cause problems for many countries are viewed as evil by many people, but they believe themselves to be doing good and ridding the rest of the world of evil by killing innocents.
From my point of view and that of many other Americans; Terrorists are evil.
From a Terrorists point of view as well as some other religious fanatics; Americans(or the Western world in general, if I remember correctly) are evil.
