Anything else to do?

My point about the covens is that is the only thing that makes this site unique. I'm saying that if you think this site is dull, then all the other sites are probably goingto be dull to you as well. That's what I was saying.

The rest of what you wrote I can't tell you anything to help. I also agree with you on the roleplayers thing.

What I can tell you, is that I'm sure many, many, many people everyday get what looks like boredom to me, with this site. I have, I won't lie; but I don't get rhiled up when people disagree with what I claim. I also don't go one a website that I haven't created and say it's dull, that really isn't my place. Regardless of what I or you think, this site helps people, many people. I understand you might be bored because you don't want to learn anything but most of us still posting do, there is also a great deal of people who appreciate this site for what it signifies, "a place to get away to, to learn without parents getting involved, where they learn on their own terms, where they can participate in the learning of others"... Don't knock this site just because few people actually view it that way.

Well at least it was better than the other person saying leave if I don't like it. But still, I have tried for some time and yet even how hard I try no one really cares. I have been on here for a very long time and I have to say, no one cares what one person tries to do. Unless of course there a Mod because they fear of being Booted. Ldy_Grey posts about magick are looked at more then my Pentagram post. My point right there because they think or know whichever that she knows more then me or so on. Not saying anything bad about her just that it was there. No matter how much I try to post or help others, no one cares and will look at the higher powers.

I am not looking for attain even tho it looks like that, just that I give up about this site. Like many others that tried to live in it but others keep knocking them down or start something up. Hopefully the rest of you guys are happy of what you have made out of this site or it was all for nothing.

Maybe I should take this to email, before I get tired of the same forum thread, because I still have more to say. ;D

Most of the coven on here are great but a few even the priest/ess use the forum/chat mostly for rp

I would suggest doing what some people do. Look for those who ARE doing what your interested, buddy them up, and there you go. If you want to, make an alterior website with them. I personally love the site. My order, EGO has found this to be a good place to help people.

I get what your trying to point out lightripples, but like I said before or that I thought I said before, I don't really care about the role players very much. I believe the first thing you see on the Spells of Magic site home page is the spells page. I get the thought of pulling people in by the spells, but is that really right? Because they want spells, not learn the basic of them or how they are done. This could and have before create people that say that magick is even more fake because the first thing they have done was try to cast a spell which they had a very low understanding of. Now that this site has changed a bit it could be stopped. Maybe in the home page they could have a short sum of what magick is about then throw them spells.

I don't really understand role playing games much, they are fun but I don't use them to learn how or what magick is about. True they are games that teach you at least little bit about magick. Like the game Persona 3 for the PS2 teaches you about the Tarot and there is even a teacher there that gives you some kind of history of magick. But I don't know any other kind of game that teaches you anything else.

I guess what I am trying to say is that things can be true but not everything about it is. I am just saying how I feel since I don't use this account very much.

I have to say that if a person comes to this site it is of their own free will. It was they that placed the word in the (magical)search box that brought them to this site. What ever they were looking for they found this site. It was there choice to look around at it. What they find does depend on their personality. If you are willing to put positive energy into the experience you will receive a positive feed back. If you are not willing to do that, do not expect a positive experience to be gotten.

Nah I don't see it like that tho, even if I did do something nice I still won't get anything back from this site.
