That spell is very fake. It's half way correct to assume that your magic is your spirit weapon, but there is a more powerful weapon for everyone that you need to find yourself. Plus there is WAY more then just a sword whip of gun, mine for example is a chakram.
It will find you and it may in fact not even be a weapon it could be a guitar or even a laddle, anything that truly calls out to you and it just seems you
I'm pretty sure the "whip, sword, and gun" as spirit weapons are true. My friend (who showed me this site) said stuff about it today, and I said "if I could find it, I hope its a sword".
the spell is fake. The reference is that when astral projecting spirits may attack so you need a weapon but the truth is your will uses your energy and creates the weapon you want. For example i am more comfortable with a katana so if a demon or evil spirit attacks me while i am astral projecting a katana will be made in my hand.
In the world of ' spirits' why would you need a 'weapon' ? The spiritual world is NOT like seen on TV. There are no wars. no roving bands of demons, there are NO fights or beings to 'slay' ( you cannot slay or kill in the spiritual realm )
It is possable for a spirit weapon to exist. What the spell refers to is an astral weapon, also known as a metaphysical weapon. Astral weapons are astral, meaning they are not pysical. This spell is fake in the sense, that it does not bring a physical weapon to you. However it does bring a astral weapon.
Why cant a astral weapon exist? In the astral things can easly be created through magick and the mind. If it is possable to change astral body, which it is, then it is perfectly possable to make an astral weapon.
Now I will adress the comment about there being no fighting in the astral. That is wrong. Spirits do and can fight eachother. It is possable to harm spirits with astral weapons. Why, because the weapon is astral and spirits are astral. I am not saying they can be "killed" or "slayed" because those terms apply to physical thing that can die as we know it. However it is posssable to harm a spirit enough to force it away and into so form of desctruction.
I believe it is commonly said that one should protect themselves when astral projecting. That is reason for haveing an astral weapon.
Yes, astral weapons do exist. People saying that astral weapons do not exist because your magic or mind is your astral weapon are being silly. Just because you have magic doesn’t mean you cannot also have a weapon. And yes that spell would summon a spirit weapon but please note that that doesn’t mean it is the right spirit weapon for you. I actually doubt it is because your spirit weapon will have more meaning than that and you will be attuned with it. Don’t worry I’m sure you’ll find it eventually; I wouldn’t force it if I were you. (like Theocides said already) If you can’t find it id bless/enchant like imwizardi said. And of course any weapon we can find physically could be made or already exists metaphysically. Also ignore SpellcasterI because he is a liar. Of course there is violence metaphysically. There are demons, there are angels….I mean obviously if no one else was going to fight they would.
