How to Increase your Energy Pool:

So now, earlier, I mentioned something about increasing your Pool of Energy right? So now, I will teach you a method, a method my teacher (Sir Elentari or Elentari in SoM) thought to me.

(Sir Elentari, I hope it’s just ok to you if I share this helpful technique to the others, I’ll inform you in YM if you go online later haha thanks.)

So here it is:

Step One: Meditate

Step Two: Perform Grounding, Centering, and Clearing

Step Three: After performing Grounding, ‘Disconnect’ the Energy Link that is connected to the Earth below, then create a new Energy Connection then connect it to the Earth Again, then now Ground ALL of your Energy to the Earth as many as you can until you got drained or get tired, then after it, absorb the energy from the Earth using the Energy Connection you just created absorb as many as you can, and as you absorb, visualize and control these incoming energies and direct ALL of those energies into your Aura, then visualize your Aura getting bigger and bigger, do this for about 30 minutes or 1 hour below, then after it, return ALL of those energy to the Earth again, then absorb it again, for each absorb, you should increase the amounts of energy you are absorbing too, then direct all of it to your aura, then visualize your aura getting bigger and bigger as you do this for 1 hour or below every day.

Step Four: Stop when you get tired or your time limit is already done.

Step Five: Rest, sleep, or go play some computer games if you want or listen to your favorite music or watch some Animes in youtube lol.


So this Technique is some kind of Similar to going to a Gym, lifting weights and enlarging your muscles in the process lol haha XD

And that’s it, some of the things I know so far regarding increasing your energy pool (if you want to learn more, ask Sir Elentari to be your mentor, I recommend him to you too cuz he is a good teacher, good person and a friend of mine haha XD though take note that he already has many students so he can only talk to you sometimes when his schedule is free so don’t feel bad if he replies late to your questions)

That website is good, though NOT ALL in it is true or works for you. That website explains things about the Other Chakras, Higherselves, Hara Lines, Multiple Dimensions, The Universe, Constellations, Other Planes of Existence, Astral Projection and many many more, most of them are about the Higher Realms which is very exciting to visit someday using Astral Projection, and also, I recommend for beginners to first click the “Contents” link that can be found in the Left Side navigation panel of the site, then after it, study the stuffs which can be found under that article you’re in after you click the “Contents”.

Then after reading and practicing the information there, look into the Left Side Navigation Panel of the Site again, then look for “Level One” then click the link below it (Note: Ignore the other articles that you will find in the Right and Left Side navigation First cuz you don’t need them for now, you can read them if you want and if you have some spare time, but for now, just click the link under the “Level One”), so there, after you click the link under the “Level One” read the introduction first (it’s pretty short) then look to the Left Side Navigation Panel of the Page again, there you will see many articles that fall under the “Level One” section, study all of them, and after it, proceed to the article under the “Level Two”, and study them all then repeat the process until you reach “Level Nine”, take note, studying these will really consume your free time and will surely make you busy haha, but its good cuz if you are serious in studying this craft, you will find all of the information on that website very very useful to you, plus the large amounts of knowledge you will obtain is so incredible, it makes a person who is very hungry for knowledge become excited too (like me lol).

Martial Arts:

So now…I’m sure all of you want to practice Martial Arts too right?

Besides everyone in this world should learn Martial Arts and learn to defend themselves, especially these days the Bad Guys around is increasing each day lol.

As a Mage (my Short Term for Magick Practitioner), Psion, or a Psychic, you should not only Strengthen your Mind and Spiritual Strength, you should also Strengthen your Physical Strength, as a form of Self Defense if for some reason you don’t have the time to cast your spells or perform energy manipulations to protect yourself from the Bad Guys scattered around the streets in every part of the world, you can just kick their bottom and defend yourself using martial arts lol.

That Martial Art is called Shaolin Kung Fu, and Warning: Before Going into this, your Physical Body Must be ready, that means, you have to have a Healthy Life Style, and always, I mean ALWAYS Remember this Motto and do it too: “Study Hard, Eat Right, Sleep Tight” (that motto is applicable into academics too haha, and BTW, I got that motto from the game Megaman Star Force 3 cuz im also a Video game addict lol).

And in Training Martial Arts, I Recommend you have to AVOID Sleeping Late at All times, I recommend you to have a good night sleep at 10PM or earlier and wake up 6AM or 5AM, just make sure you have to have an 8 hours of Complete Uninterrupted and Deep Sleep.

Lol, this reminds me of my training during our Taekwondo Classes, I slept late, then woke up early, then when we are finally practicing, I slowly become quite dizzy, and as the training goes on, I can’t bear the dizziness anymore, and I almost collapse, good thing our instructor noticed it and I also decide to stop and rest for a while, man that was very close, and also that is my first time experiencing it haha, I don’t want to experience it again lol.

Anyway, back to the book, I also Warn you to STRICTLY Follow Every Instructions that are mentioned in the book, cuz if you do not follow them correctly and strictly, it will lead to serious problems, and I will not be held liable if the bones in your finger become broken and so on just because you didn’t follow the instructions correctly and strictly. Don’t tell me I didn’t warn you lol XD

Anyway, some of the techniques on that book also has the Application to the Manipulation of the Energy called Chi or Qi, well lucky you cuz you already have an advantage, cuz by now, you should be able to manipulate energy smoothly and are quite adept at it now, and these techniques also include meditation I think, so you got the upper hand hahah XD

Oh and before I Forgot, there is an exercise in that book about the Man’s Testes, so now, if you are a person who has a wife or husband or want to have a married life soon in your life time then DON’T do that Exercise, cuz that Exercise makes your Testes Hard as a stone so you can abandon the use of Groin Guards after wards, but it is NOT advisable to do if you want to have a married life soon in your life time, you can study Kung Fu even if you want to have a Married life, unless you want to become a Monk.

So ok about Martial Arts, I also recommend you to Study, Taekwondo, Aikido, Kendo or Kenjutsu, Iaido or Iaijutsu, Kyudo, Judo and other Various Japanese Martial Arts that can be found here:

Lol, I just like Japanese Martial Arts cuz im a Semi-Otaku (One with an obsessive interest for something, particularly anime or manga.) haha and most of them are that of the Japanese origin, and of course Japan and Philippines (the country I’m living in) is in the same Continent: Asia haha XD And, well IMO Oriental Martial Arts are one of the best ones to learn(no Bias intended lol) haha, but it’s still your choice on whatever martial arts you want to study XD

I haven’t studied this yet cuz Kung Fu and placing a Curse is Lethal enough but if you want to study this, I also advice you to seek an Instructor somewhere in your country or go to China and look for a teacher there lol.

And also, I recommend you to not restrict yourself into one kind of martial art, you should also study martial arts which includes Weapons and Hand to Hand combat, and also, some modern warfare like Guns and such (NOTE: Energy Manipulation like Chi, and Psi can also be applied into these Martial Arts, including the use of Guns and other Fire Arms)

And that’s it, everything I know so far about Martial Arts, and also don’t forget, as a Mage, you should also study Martial Arts, it will make your Spiritual and Physical strengths to increase more, and make you more versatile, plus the nice bonus is you will have a nice life style (and it is also proven to some sources that the study of Kung Fu or Tai Chi Chuan increases your Longevity).

Angels and Demons (Angelology and Demonology):

Well, yeah this is not beginners stuff but… a decent knowledge about these two awesome beings is still needed by all people even if he/she is a Mage or just an ordinary person.

WARNING: Treat both Angels and Demons respectfully and treat them well, ask for their help, guidance, protection and other favors nicely, or else you will regret it.

The Concept of Balance of Light and Dark, Good and Evil, Law and Chaos, and Free Will:

Ok so now, I feel like very Mage, Psion and Psychic must know about these.

(NOTE: The following words that I will say is my own perspective and opinion, and all of the things I know and understand so far about these concept, and yeah, there’s also a chance that I will make a mistake or misunderstanding about these concepts, so it’s also best if you ask around the site who have considerable knowledge about these and inform me too about my mistake, but yeah, I hope you can find these info helpful too).

So as a beginner (especially that of a Christian Faith who Hates ‘Satan’) I like to explain this to remove the misconception of avoiding the Dark Arts and such.

And yeah, this is also to remove the misconception about Angels=All Good and Demons=All Evil/Bad.

So I’ll say this now, you should not avoid to learn the Dark Arts i.e. Curses, Hexes etc, because Magick is a TOOL, you can compare Magick or Martial arts into your Hands, your Hands can Kill a person, but at the same time, it can also Heal a person or show your love to a person i.e. Caressing him/her.

Magick has no Color, it is the Intent of the user which gives it meaning, so now regarding the Dark and Light Arts, those two can be used to Harm to Heal, or to Protect a Living or Non-living thing or being or a person.

The Examples are: you can kill a person by healing him by overloading him/her with your energies, if he/she got overloaded some serious problem might occur, then you can also protect a person from a serial killer by using the dark arts to snuff the life out of the serial killer or even curse him to become bed ridden and he can be easily caught up by the police and other various examples like that.

So that is to show Magick, Psionics, and Martial Arts is a Tool.
Now regarding the Concept of Balance, well in my opinion, everything in this universe is covered by the concept of Balance between Light and Dark, Good and Evil, Law and Chaos, all beings, entities, people, living or non-living things, even the gods and goddesses and other higher forces are covered by it, that means we all have Good and Bad sides.

For Example: about the information you got about the Angels, during your days as a Child, your parents thought to you that Angels are good and Demons are bad, well that is a misconception, to tell you the truth, Angels and Demons are neither Good nor Bad, an Angel can also become Angry and do other bad stuffs (hence there are the beings called Fallen Angels), a Demon can also help you get away from a sticky situation or even help you and teach you some stuffs.

Lol, is there such thing such as a “Raised Demon”? Haha just kidding XD

Anyway, all that is necessary to interact with these beings (Including the gods and goddesses and other Entities like the Elemental Spirits and such) is ‘Respect’, and not only that, you should also respect your fellow people and other animals; Respect is the most important remember this.

So now, about using the Dark Arts, Psionics, and Martial arts to kill a person, well there is nothing wrong with that just always remember the Karma that you will get and the Law of Threefold, and of course, you don’t have the right to kill a living being without having a valid purpose, or if the person really deserves to die, then do as you see fit, cuz that is Justice in my opinion. You can put a curse to someone as long as he/she deserves it; you’re grown up now, so I guess you already know what Right is and what is wrong.

So if you harm someone with a valid reason or he/she deserves it, then when you finally receive your karma you will not feel any regret, well that’s just my opinion, and well yeah, you can burn your Karma anyways (just ask around the site regarding Burning Karma, cuz I only know very little things about this topic).

So now, about the Concept of Free Will, well you can do anything as you please, like in the Wiccan Rede:” An it harm none, do what thou wilt”, though remember that having a free will is not always free, I mean, you are still bounded by the rules of the territory or the country you’re in, and also don’t forget that “There is Always a Time and Place for Everything” so do the things you want as long as it is in the Right place and in the Right Time, anyway, about me, well I’m a Free Spirited Person, I’m not bounded by Any Religions now (though I’m still a Catholic but I now considered myself as a Person who have no Religion), but yeah, I also value the concept of Free Will but always remember; “Everything Excessive is Bad” so I’ll just do it moderately and yeah, same as me, you have to do things moderately too so you can avoid overdoing it which can sometimes produce Bad Results.

Oh and before I forgot: Always remember that “In Every Action, there is Always a Positive and Negative Result” so if you heal a person, it also has some negative result, if you kill a person, it also has some positive result, and vice versa and that is Balance.

Ok so, each of us have our own Elements, i.e. Carlo is Fire while Marielle is Water, and so on and so forth.

Other People can also have two or more Elements.

And about me I have the 5 Elements, during my newbie days, I'm quite confused as to what my Element is, cuz I feel close connection to all five, so i train them one by one, the first one i trained is the Element of the Wind, so I can somehow control the weather around here, though not that efficient for now, i still need more training lol.

Oh and BTW, if you want to know about your Element, just go to the Element Magick Coven and join it.
