Umm, I'm pretty sure I'm real, if I wasnt I couldnt be writing this. We are called vampyres bacause we HAVE TO FEED OFF OF OTHERS, not all of us are proud to bear that as our name because people think "Hey, he's a vampyre, so maybe he can change me into one" Or "Hey, he's a vampyre so maybe there's a spell to change me into one."
People want to become vampyres because of shows or movies or books that make it seem like once you do, you become amazingly gorgous and awesome, theres a reason for that, THEY ARE FICTION, the only thing that really brings shame to vampyres is people obsessing over these lies sprung forth from pop culture that people have come to beleive. Whats pathetic is people clinging to the beleif this twilight crazed world has created, cling to the myths if you wish, but at the end of the day youll get the same results, nothing. Sorry if I come off rude, I'm being honest, and the truth hurts.
What exactly do you want to be a vampire for, what do you want to gain from this.
What I'm trying to get at is instead of looking for 1 ritual/spell to make you a vampire, how about going for rituals/spells to get what your wanting from being a vampire.
srry for being late to say this too you conjure. but controll of the elements is not fake ive controled wind i have increased its intensity and even made it change direction so i say again controll of the elements is NOT FAKE. as for the reason this thread was started ill tel, you were those mythes started it was with the vampyres. people feared them and with fear words and romurs spread with that legends change think about it orriginaly people would fear the thought of vampires now people like you wish to be them. and then when faced with the truth from many voices you call us liers! if i was a different kind of person i would harm you but im not i am a little annoyed at your ignorence. thinking magic can change you into the things of myth and legend!

There are vampires, they do indeed exist. They exist because there is (usually) non Fixable Damage to their energy system/soul/whatever you feel like calling it.
They have no control over this. They do not have Any of the "power" that media has portrayed, its Fiction. If you look back far enough, the Vampire legend usually has its roots in local folklore about dark spirits. Along the line somebody decided if a spirit can be/do this then a human surely can also be "infected." This the legend of the Vampire, Dracula style, came into the picture.
A person who cannot make their own insulin internally is called diebetic, and the person is considered to have a condition that they cannot treat themselves without an external aid.
A person who cannot create enough spiritual energy to keep their body going as it Should, is a vampire. They have a condition that Forces them to seek outside means to keep in check. This Consequence can allow a vampire to have a better understanding of energy manipulation, usually instinctivly, because they need it to survive. That is the only Actual benifit, and study and practice can give any non vampire the same results.
Wanting to follow your beliefs is fine, everyone does. Wanting to seek the truth is also fine, infact it should be encouraged.
But refusing to accept when the truth is plainly given to you is at best petty, and at worst a childish act of intentionally refusing the information that is presented simply because you don't like what you hear.
The closest a person can be to actually Being a vampire, would be to have a psi vamp feed on them extensivly. This would cause your own energy systems to begin to leech off other people Instinctivly, to replenish your reserves. That is the best you can do.
Even a "vampire" is still human. Same body types, same eye color possibilities, same hair, same way to be born and same ways to die. Part of life is accepting that we cant Always get what we want, when we want it. Thats where understanding and maturity kicks in, and we realise that we either A. need to work harder to accomplish our goals, or B. that our goal wasn't realistic from the getgo and is only hindering us in the long run.
Its your life, ultimatly, and your choice. But if you're life is such a burden that you turn to magic as escapism, instead of the Path of self betterment and change it Truly is, then I recommend either taking a long hard look in the mirror and figuring out whats Truly so terrible, or seeking professional assistance in relieving the cause of your woes.
Because vampirism, or magic, isnt the cure.
Lycan101 I did word my post wrong, what I was meaning is a lot of people on here roleplay and pretend they can control the waters, the winds, fire, but have yet to show a single clip on Youtube of them messing around with the flame on a candle, changed the direction of a weather vane. I don't believe people can change the elements on a large scale, but I would love to be proved wrong.
I kno that even in myth there is truth and their are a lot of psi vampires. but their is also blood vampires too. blood vampires can give u the lets see the bad effets of being a vampire but truely its not rlly a good thing to be one. I was born a blood vamp. o.o and sunlight is just horrible i always feel like im burning but rlly i am not i just get a very bad sunburn if i dont wear my sunscrean and sunglasses.
On a side note those who claim to be a blood vampires are not what they say they are. Blood Vamps are creatures that do not like attention brought to who they are. I am not saying that there are no vampires. I am just stating the fact that an actual blood vampire is not going to claim they are one to anyone even over the internet.
I suggest you stop role playing if you think you are one. I have to say though that I am sure you give the real blood vampires a good laugh. If you are a psi vampire you are just a lazy magical practitioner that has not learned to draw form the never ending universal energies. Humans are the easiest to draw energy from for other humans. Anyone can draw from the universe, if you take the time and patience it requires.
