The Sugar bowl thing is fairly harmless, either it works or she is past the point of sweetness. But I don't think it can hurt to try, remember, it is not a long term solution, it is buying you some time. Also.. there are very few people who have the skills to be what was called a Black Witch. First, Magic has no color, it is not about black or white it just is. It is the intention that gives magic direction. I have been teaching magic for many years and in all that time I can count on one hand the people I have met who have the skills for so called Black magic. It is very very difficult to learn and usually takes a lot of time, it would be surprizing to see such skills in a young person.

Anyways I hope everything goes well for you. Protection spells are the best thing to do. Also, just stay away from her and if she is that mean then tell someone like a teacher (if still in school) or possibly go to the police.

I'll dare to be rude and say that you are now missing the point of the girl's question. She doesn't want to go to police or tell a teacher. And I understand her! I still go to school like her and I had problems that are kinda like her...That would be silly,telling it to a teacher or police,jeesh...I think that this sugar thing could help but on a short term,she needs to finds another spell. If nothing else is helping,why wouldn't she do a spell,rather than just read ideas that she knows probably won't work.

How will she know they won't work if she doesn't try them, Simple? You need to try all non-magical resources before you even try to resort to magick.
