Heaven is a Christian term that means, the place where God dwells" Hell is also a Christian term that means , the place where God is not. I assume Since it is a Christian term that to believe in such makes one not a witch but a believer in the Christian faith no mater how ritualistic u make your practice. personally I believe that putting two religion that names contradict one another is offensive to both religious parties for example One can dabble in Hoodoo and still be Christian, One can dabble in Obeah and still be Christian, One can dabble in Santeria and still be Christian, however if a person practice the Voodoo religion which is a mix of African Palo and Christian faith they are not Christian, if one practice Trinitarian Wicca they are not Cristian... To use the term Christian Wicca is false advertisement and I assume any true practitioner of Trinitarian Wicca would agree since the term Christian wicca is misleading!!!

I use the term ChristoWicca which is off of Christopaganism.

The reason my beliefs are pagan is because it is not what the Christian Church Teaches. The Christian Church teachs that Jesus is not Yeshua and I believe their the same personl.

Do you know why Yeshua is not considered the same person as Jesus in some teachings within the Christian churches?

Because Yeshua is the JEWISH name of Jesus and while Christianity borrowed the Old Testament from them to put into the bible to show the history of God, they consider Jesus to be the son of God whereas Judaism considers him to just be a prophet. Recognizing them to be the same person would be semi-agreeing with a religion that some feel "killed the son of god".

Jesus's name as we know it has been considered "pagan" to some, however the belief that they are the same person does not make your views pagan. Translations from Herbrew to Arabic, to Greek and further down the line will cause some misinformation when it comes to name since not every sound for a letter (or letters at all) are recognized.

Based on that statement of yours alone if ANYTHING, you'd be more accurate in comparing your belief system to Judaism than to Paganism.

The concepts of heaven and hell were shown in Shinto before being exposed to olden Europe. A large portion of Asian religions talk about a Hell and a Celestial Plane, where their Gods resign.
This was before trading to Europe was opened, After trading became common, it had become that followers of Shinto should not believe the Europeans in terms of belief, to ignore their stances and their religion.
The concept of Heaven and Hell is not strict to Christianity, and Christianity did not spread the concept.

Yeshua is Jesus' acaually name. It is not used by the christian church. Like Jesus' last name is not Christ.

I know my information, and yes Jesus and Yeshua are the same person. Yeshua is Jesus' origanal name.

I prefer the name Jesus tho

Was it his actual name? In the Qu'arn they call him Isa, son of Mary. He is reserved as a prophet in that religion too.

I honestly don't think you know your information because there is no correlation between believing Yeshua and Jesus to be the same person and Paganism.

You clearly cannot see the connection and why Christianity rejects the other names. In the other religions, he is consider a prophet. He is the word of God, not the son of God. If they were to call him Isa or Yeshua, they are not creating that separation from Prophet to Son of God.

And again, EITHER WAY, how is thinking his true name is Yeshua even remotely close to Paganism that you and who ever else came up with this idea think it's ok to call it such?

It's not Paganism. It's taking part of the Abrahamic religions and rearranging the words a bit.

Yes the concept of heaven and Hell have similar characteristics to other faiths' Celestial Realms i agree with that, but they are not the same place nor the same word nor will true believers of any of those faiths that have this concept would say or agree that they are the same place. The requirements of each to enter there in differ they are described in similar ways for example Muslims and Christians both believe in a similar concept of heaven but it is not the same place. The same goes with Hel The Old Norse term and Hell the Christian term yes the word derived from Hel but it is not the same place. Also when i said God i mean the Christian God.. In English The Christian God is written "God" if you are talking about other gods the word is the name of that god... * evidence of how Christianity dominated a society that a language grammar is subjected to Christian terms ( Wow, Now I feel subconsciously oppressed, LOL) that is just a joke!

ChristoWitch
I understand that you may have a different path that takes bits and pieces from different religions, I have no problem nor gripe with that. However, the name that you choose to use is confusing, and annoys me cause it is misleading and makes no sense ideologically. honestly, When I see the word ChristoWitch or Christopaganism it seems to me to be a parody of some sort. Personally, it comes off as if one is trying to be socially accepted in two different cultures but in fact it is disrespectful to both in theory.

Early Christianity was known to adapt different traditional belief of that time to the Christian faith to popularize the Christian concept, later rejecting all other traditions that the faith acquired, creating their bible then mandating it through out, on the idea that popularization pleases there God and heresy plagues nations.
