You basically have to stay conscious during sleep to lucid dream. You call into a dream state and you can control what you dream. I've never heard it requiring too much energy......

Astral Projecting! Just creat the world! But you have to remember everything else: Oxygen, water, food, plants, magick of course.

There is NO way that I know of, of transfering a mond or soul.

You could quite easily, through meditation practice, create a 'room' in your mind that is your own sanctuary, to be who you choose, and to do what pleases you. Many people use this who don't pratice magick, it is often described as a 'safe place'. :)

there is an obvious reason transfering your mind/soul with an anime character would require an actual mind/soul to begin with transfering would be a one ticket to the afterlife maybe or you let a souless artificial entitie run amuk in your body

To the person who said you can't trade souls with someone else. You are mistaken. When my down's syndrome little brother needed open heart surgery I don't know how but when he almost died he and I switched souls. I remember it like it was yesterday. He and I have always been strong with magic. But the nightmares from the pain Of having your soul ripped from your body and put in a different body are almost too much for me to handle. He keeps me sane. I love my brother very much and I will gladly go through that pain for him again.

You could create a physical "room", or rather a place that is connected to the etherical plane. This place you could create and control sort of... It would be the same as making an akuma or a Tulpa. Its using alot of energy and, you have to remember whats real and whats "made up". This "world" an be influenced by others energies and things that "live" in the etherical.
