But can't others dat already in the astral world help help sum1 dat is having hard Tim cumin out of their body? Like pull them out or Sumtin?

umm...i dont think its possible to have another spirit help "pull you out" (not that im aware of anyways)

I think i subconsciously ap'd before, but i think something tried to take over my body or something cuz it was really hard to wake up and my body wasnt responding...>_> that wasnt fun

It is possible to have another dreamer pull you to the other side. Similarly its possible to have another spirit pull you to astral projecting. Not likely or usual, but possible.
