transformation spell?

My teacher is a professional at shape shfiting spells, I remember listening to one of his conversations where he said that you would have to find your animal first, and obtain your animal attributes. Then you what have to continously drink this thing, I dont know... Just remember hearing it.

I wouldn't trust the wingmakers on anything. They're pro-spiritual abductions by grays and retilians and pro spiritual experimentation against people's wills.

I am looking for temporary tranformation spells as well. I am tempted to try the cat tranformation posted here but if I mess up what will happen? I don't really know if I'd want to try a wolf transformation, if I lived in a wooded area I might try it but I live pretty close to a town without any wolves, Here wolves get knocked out taken to a zoo or somewhere deeper in the woods.
