You should look up Uri Gellar. He had high Pyshokenesis. He could control metal with his mind. Not like Magneto though lol. Just bend it and stuff. Science tried for years to disprove him but never could.

It has been well documented that Uri Gellar's spoon bending was all illusion (as in stage magic).
I didn't realize people still believed his crap.
Everyone says that kinesis takes years to master yet I have yet to be shown a site that doesn't reference fiction. You know what takes years to master? The violin. And yet anyone can make strings squeak.
You know why a flame shifts when you move your hand near it, or otherwise focus in many of the methods I have seen videos of? The presence of your hand disturbs the air. You may not be fanning it. You may not be creating wind. But the very presence, or motion of your hand, causes air pressures and currents to move differently. You know what flame does when air currents shift different? It moves. It expands. It shrinks. Etc.
Putting your finger next to a flame and making it move is not magic. It is ignoring logic in favor of the desire to believe something more interesting.
This is just one example. I'm sure there will be arguments against it. I'm sure that there other more fantastic claims than this. If you can produce credible literature then maybe you might be worth believing. But I suppose it's easier to believe something interesting and fun then think and understand something that makes the world much more mundane.
Okay here you go. "I've actually got a few stories about me doing telekinesis. I was around five or six, my mom was out of the house and my sister was in her room. I was, for some odd reason I can't recall, looking at a piece of paper. Just staring, not really willing it to move. After awhile I had gone into a daze, but before going into the daze, I remember that nothing other than telekinesis could have done it because no fan was running, the window was closed, and I was sitting at my bed. So, anyway, next thing I know the paper shot across the dresser and I was shocked.
My next telekinesis experience, at least major one, was about five years later. I was making some macaroni and cheese and while I was stirring I, once again, went into a daze. My sister was watching TV and, there I was, in a daze. Then I remember hearing a thump. The spoon had flown out of the pot and straight into the wall. Mac and cheese was splattered on the wall.
And then lately (I'm twelve now) the same exact machine has been acting up. And, once again it never really happens unless I'm NOT focused on it." And here is the source: http://www.psychic-experiences.com/real-psychic-story.php?story=339
And here is another:
About a year ago in 2003 I was at school hanging out with my friends, some of them had just played a prank on a big guy that was sort of the bully at school. He thought it was me. So walking home that day afetr school he tried to beat me up with the rest of his gang of friends, I also had a couple friends with me. He kept swarying at me and making fun of me. then I said something stupid back that made him mad so he started charging at me, just then I had this horrible shooting pain in my head, and the bully was sent flying back into his friends, I had know idea how I did it. But ever since then I have been able to move things with my mind.

And I know you won't believe me but I can do areokensis. Controlling wind. On a none windy day I can make the wind gust up to 5-8 miles an hour. You probably won't believe me but there that is. Plus I can do pyrokensis too. And your wrong. I put the candle as far from me as I can and the flame still follows my thoughts.
i presonaly believe that if your mind can learn all kinds of skills it can control things out of body. after all the science that says its impossible also says we barley use our brains true capabilitys

Now now, children! Study more! Some things are impossible. You cannot run at a brick wall head on without hurting yourself. It is impossible; got it? So is kenesis.
