I got the word true empath as one who was born with the abilities intact. Some people can become one if they work hard enough, but what I consider a true empath is one who was born with the divine and natural abilities of one. I do admit, I am not the most educated or the most well trained, buut I do know a few things. About the absorbing illnesses, if you take the foul energy and disperse it into the air around and away from you, you lighten the affects on yourself. Seems like you know your stuff tho
I totally agree.I have an empath friend at school.Its the most annoying thing in the world.I would though like to be with someone who has experience controlling their empathy so maybe I could learn.I stay away from others in pain instead of helping them simply because I hate feeling their pain.Its awful because I'm seen as a bad and non understanding person.When in reality I understand a bit too much.
I know your position all to well. You try to help, then everyone wants help. If you try to stay away, you are labeled as a bad person and are treated as dirt. It is not an easy existence by no means. An excersise that helps me is concentrrating that emotion you are feeling into one dense ball in your chest, then release that energy into the air. It does not remove it comletely, but it may help. Also, practice on reading the emotions you receive. After time, you may be able to read those emotions and find ones true intentions (it could be considered a form of mind readiing, but it isn't exactly. It helps tho to identify someone. Ever hear of someone that can always tell if you are lying. This is where it comes from.). Any more questions send me a mail with your questions. I will help if I can.
I'm. Some what empath. But I do t use. My 3rd eye as much as I should and I fond medate like I should so unless if there feelings really strong I don't feel it most the time
Empathy is not directly related to the 3rd eye, but it does help. My third eye has been shut mostly for a few years due to an accident, but my empathic abilities remained. Seems tho you do have the ability, and could be usable if you trained it. If you do train it, I warn you that it is not easy being one tho, but it can be very rewarding if you can use it right.
Cool. Seems there's quite a bit more then I thought. The coven was just an idea. Can't make any atm anyways, so thinkin bout just rejoining spellcasters atm.
i'm a fellow empath lol and there are a few more things empaths can do besides what you have on your list such as projecting your emotions on others, synchronize oneself to others or others to oneself, detect when another is lying and so on. A coven of mature and or trained empaths sounds amazing if they could all synchronize themselves and keep there emotions in check 13 witches working in perfect sync emotionally and magically would create some very powerful magic.
