Yes, the positive thinking is definately true. I was happy to learn about the looking at the third eye thing. Id like to add that it helps me to get my AP back to me is to breath in sharply. It seems to work for me atleast.

Try sit agiants something....like a wall but some pillow to your back and sit on some other pillows or something thats comfortable....when you feel that you are drawn to something,then you are close....this is as far i got as well :D....i as far as i know we need to stick to this strange feeling and it will happen.

To meditate if you practice it very often,coz it will drain most of your energy and i'll take days to regenerate.

THAT WAS FREAKIN SCARY! sorry for not thinking positive thoughts i started doing this i was walking around the area and there were huge mushrooms some trees adn strange docile creatures and alot of caves but as soon as i thought about monsters, a red one came running at me from the cave! i ran while chanting the protection chant and i barely got away T_T but how did i started Ap so fast? i immediately felt the tingling sensation and the 'zooming' thing i also heard screeching catsand in just 5 minutes i was already in the astral world! can you tell me if this was AP or not?

honestly, overthemoon gave an elaborate detail on AP, as would guide a beginer. I had already asked a question based on AP. permit me to ask again folks. might u pls elaborate d difference between mental and ethnic projection and how to observe d know-how?
