Easy beginner spells?

candle magic, in my opinion, are good easy beginner spells. you pretty much just need a candle of the corresponding colour for the spell. of instance, a friendship spell needs a yellow candle, a luck spell would take a green. you need to focus and charge, but that's needed in all spells, so it will help you become better at spells because you need to focus and charge well. be sure to snuff out the candle, or let it burn out. it's believed [from what i've been told] you blow away the spell when you blow out the candle.

Mtemi everyone has magic in them it is small but if you can learn to tap into it and to make it grow then you will unlock the power within :) just learn to focus and learn to concentrate on 1 thing then try a more advance approach and you will be fine just make sure you protect yourself with prayer before preforming magic.

Then how do you do this.

I'd suggest taking it easy at first and start with doing reading on Wicca(if you are interested in it) and Witchcraft and meditating, spending more time in nature. Then I'd suggest offering a deity of your choosing or the one that wants to connect with you(you feel the closest to) bread and red wine. Then consider what are they God/Goddess of and offer them something symbolic or you can ask a fellow member of the site for help.
You can start with learning divination, herbalism and doing some 'low magic'(spells). If you don't believe in karma or the rede you can even look into what some consider 'dark' magic.
After you've learned the basics you can start with doing ritual magic(high magic) and I hope you know what can and can't be achieved by doing spells and rituals.
I suggest you start reading and meditating and if you have any kind of difficulty while learning you can ask for help on this site.

As for spells you can start by some easy candle magic. Maybe a confidence spell or money spell you can find on this website, but don't expect that magic is the way it is in 'Harry Potter' or 'Charmed'.

I suggest learning how to ground, and how to shield. A basic magickal shield is a good deffense against any hexes or general negativity another practitioner (of any sort) my throw at you.
This is not necessarily a spell, but more a process. There are many ways to shield, so it's easy to look up online.
And as with anything online, remember to cross reference things first. It's better to know all sides to a story, the many ways to do things so you can find the ways that click, and whether or not people are trolling (misleading) you for their own fun.
As to the comments about the God and Goddess, this is a common Wiccan belief you do not have to follow. You can believe in any of the gods or goddesses out there.

I think simple chants are good to start with. memorize them and do them in ritual work or in every day life. calming/peaceful chants, power chants, healing, chants that banish sadness/anger or defeat negativity.
Visionary and imagery in meditation is really good and can be easy once you're able to calm your mind and focus your thoughts.
candle spells and crystal spells are pretty good too once you learn how to use them.
Theres many, many spells on this site and a lot of them are good for beginners. It may take some looking but you'll find some.

Anything that does not harm another person is relatively easy. When doing something such as a death spell, it is important to do any kind of cleansing afterwards in order to prevent backfiring.

What do you reccommend giving them.

I am also a beginner and I sorta need advice on magic. I know I have it, I just don't know how to use it. : (
