Empath Protection

Shielding is not really a 'spell' it is just a technique of energy manipulation. There are many forms. The easiest to do is probably the white light technique. (google that) There are many others and you would have to look at all of them. Try all of them out and see what works best for you.

I like the citrine idea. I really want to work with crystals and stones one day. :)

I have known a great deal of empaths that also like to use Amethyst. Worn or carried in the pocket to help block out over powering outside emotional influence.
