Change into that form on the astral plane? But I don't know what bird it is... But yes, I believe that they are elements. I like to think that there are 1,000's+ spirits that are part of an element, not just one. Otherwise, it would be impossible for these entities to follow me. I mean, they don't even seem like real people. My water one has outrageously long hair and dresses like a god, and one of my fire ones has a staff and waist-long fire red hair.

OrangeWish , everyone who is skilled at astral projection can fly in the astral plane , even if their astral form does not have wings . And even those that does not have wings can transform into a form with one should they will it .
I myself personally doubt your claim about elements following you around . Perhaps your sensory perception was wrong ? While one can sense the surrounding energies , I highly doubt that elements will follow us around .
As for your friend information about everyone have wings , I also doubt it's validitcity .
Yes, I do too. I am still a skeptic on some parts of what she says...but the problem is is that I don't have anyone else to go to, and the online world can only go so far.

People look into this "human" "not human" thing too much. Our spirits have no race or species. Spirits merely take on shapes that reflect their personality and if they are higher spirits, their job. Generally speaking the bigger the soul the higher the being. The stronger the soul is (energywise not "power"), the older the being is.
Those who believe their souls are human have been caught up in the Judio-Christian belief that the creator created them in its image. It's a very egocentric way of thinking, that humans are the most important physical life forms in the Universe and that everything else is inferior in some way. But most faiths before Christianity touched it's culture believed we all share the same type of life force. The older the soul, the stronger the soul (inner will) but not necessarily wiser. The wiser the soul, the more more powerful the soul is (higher spirit). But all life should be respected because none of it is any different than you. You just so happen to have a human physical form. But your spirit is a spirit...ever changing, ever growing, eternal.
So stop the silly nonesense of human or not human. Human is a human word that has been inflated in the minds of men and women to be some superior dominating race. But I'm sure to to the rest of the creatures in this world, beast or monster would be more fitting. But once we all die, we are just spirit.
People believe that some spirits lived in the past life at the form of something else. Spirits don't stay in one shape too long but it might have been you were a bird in the past life. In this present life however, you are human. You may not remember what happened in the past life, but your spirit NEVER forgets.
