And about meeting people on the astral. Its as simple as finding where they are on the astral and walking up to them and talking. Ofcourse both parties have to be attuned with the astral enough to see and hear eachother.

The astral is how you perceive it. You don't view the astral with physical eyes so it's not always perceived in the same ways. Some people can and do see the astral planes in gray-scale.
