Well, I humored your "fun spell" desire and googled to see if anything would inspire a clever response. Now I feel a little nauseas over the overly cutesy dancing sunflowers and sunshine websites I've just gone through. I come back here a little more disturbed and decided to go a different route. =p
Magick in itself should be enjoyed. No it isn't a game but it isn't all nose to the grindstone work.
Kitchen witchcraft is one way to incorporate magick into your everyday life. I've written something simple about it here.

I also find stone magick to be very enjoyable, simple and rewarding.

You can also incorporate color of clothes, cleansing when bathing, wearing jewelry or pouches with herbs, stones and/or other dry ingredients (like feathers or shells) to draw and/or repell certain things. I suggest not using small loose ingredients unless you have a tiny fully sealable pillbox. Some are very pretty and ornate. I find these wonderful for ground herbs, gemstone chips, sea salt, dirt, ashes, or sand from a special source, or any other tiny things you don't want slipping out or making a mess!
But don't forget your basics

If you want to do magick that is harmless but rewarding, work on yourself.
Meet your spirit guide

And work on attuning yourself with nature and your "higher self"/spirit. Remember when working with nature, it should be a give and take, whether giving is physical or spiritual.
"When i said I wanted spells for fun and entertainment, I mean I wanted a easy spell to cast."
It took me quite some time to even learn a learn all of them fully and in depth..all of these subjects give a good foundation in your explorations of the different subjects of the occult , so i suggest starting with the very basics before procceeding further.
The previous one i specified is very easy to cast. Try it out if you wish. One does not improve just by simply studying , one improves as one practices what he learnt.
"Like banishment spells, what am I banishing? See my point?"
Well , i provided a ritual for banishing as you wanted to see spells that is immediate. Few others works as quickly as banishment spells .
And also , take note that the ritual i provided ealiear is not simply to banish entities , it also clears energies in a space and can also be used as a energizer ritual for protection and also increase your power to a extent.
"I am kind of interested in Fairy Magic, just something small and fun and cute, but cant find spells that actually...like...work ya know?"
There is no need to put tag words in front of the word magic , it is rather annoying to some people.
Also , and by fairies , you mean fae i presume? They are not fun and cute little creatures , and i personally find that they can be rather pesky and annoying..not to mention disruptive
And also if you want to attract them , place something they like in your home for example a thyme plant for some. They usually will be attracted naturally to your space.
"Are there any spells I can cast on someone that can have a positive or neutral effect? Like...maybe a spell that I can see an effect but not hurt the person?"
And you want to this for..?
"I'm nervous, I'm kinda lost(Kinda being the key word. I have read the newbie guides and have looked at a ton of spells)"
I guess you are looking at all the wrong places then.
You should first start with knowing the limitations of magic and realizing what can be done and cannot be achieved with magic.
Here is the things i started with 8 years ago when i first began my studies.
-meditation
-energy maniuplation
-grounding and centring
-protection
-dream recall
-astral projection
-chakra work and cleansing
-circle casting
-vizualization
-divination
-raising and sending energy
-crystals and stones
