a werewolf attribute spel

It seems to me the spell uses the energy of the wolf (regular wolves exist, right?) to heighten attributes humans do have (strength, knowledge... ok some humans don't have much of that last one, but you get my point, I hope). It's clearly stated that the caster will not turn into a werewolf. So I don't see what the problem is.
I actually think it's a great idea. A lot of people come in here saying they want to be a werewolf (and other things) and obviously they can't yet physically become a werewolf (much like gender reassignment, this is a science issue), but no one can tell them they can't improve themsleves. And if using the imagery or ideal of a fantasy creature helps, who is anyone else to say they're wrong or can't? Sad...

there is diease known as the *were-wolf diease* it just makes humans all hairy an thats what i belive happen in the older days were they reformed it to be known as a werewolf. an i agree you cant change genes an hormonal structure by a simple spell if so you would see tons of *mythical creatures*
