Me I took the road (by birth) as a Pagan Egyptian Witch, it has been 64 years in the craft.

Hi white_wolf01, I see no reason that you can't change your religion. Most of us who are now Wiccan did not start out that way. Like you we didn't find the answers we were looking for in the faith of our birth and we went looking for a spiritual path that would do just that. We found it in Wicca, gave up the religion of our birth, and made Wicca our religion of our choice and of our hearts.

no, but a christian can practice witchcraft. All wiccans are witches, but not all witches are wiccan. Witchcraft is not a religion, but simply a craft.
Any one can be a wiccan but it is unlikely because the twe religions contradict each other but you never know what is going to happen when two or more religions mix with another
I think that it is possible. Most Wiccans I know worship a goddess and I'm not sure if Catholics actually worship Mary as a goddess, but I think that you could make it work. There's this version of Wicca called Trinitarian Wicca, which is basically Christian Wicca, so you should be able to combine the two somehow. This is just my opinion with some facts thrown into it, so if anyone see's this and thinks it's wrong, please just ignore it.
Whitchcraft can not be practiced in either Catholicism or Christianity, for it would be defined as sorcery and it is a sin in Christianity and I know Catholicism say the same, plus adding it would be hypocrisy in both. This I know from the many lectures I've been subject to.
Givin the fact that as an ecelectic you take the beliefs of anything and incorperate them into your path then yes you can be anything and anything. Some might not like it and some might even be offended but that as they say comes with the territory. I find it odd that anyone who rants and raves (not talking about anyone specific on here) about the christian faith being intolerant of other religions turns around and does the exact same thing that they are doing. This is just my opinion. Religion, any religion is supossed to be about spiritual growth and enlightenment not bickering and back biting.
I was Catholic for 15 years of my life. I struggled with this issue for many years before making my final decision. You cannot be a Christian and a Pagan. Paganism in general (different paths) and Christianity borrow things from each other but Christian will continue to conflict with your Pagan beliefs. It starts when you begin making exceptions and ignoring a rule because it seems useless. Or you try to find loopholes. When you are done you have neither Wicca nor Catholicism. Some would argue that the two can be integrated together but the result of such integration is often sad and the spiritual aspect of it is both confusing and stressful. There are some Pagan beliefs that hold an all power deity who creates the Pantheon of Gods/Goddesses and that main deity could be seen as a Christian-like God character. You can also be Pagan and follow Jesus's philosophy and teachings. I made the decision to thank Christ and the Christian God for anything they might have done for me and then I left them behind. I moved on and practiced my beliefs without worrying if it was a sin or not. I hope you one day make a decision and don't regret it. Until then I wish you good luck.
I have been a christian for thirty years. There are so many similarites too the faith and other paths it is not even funny. But each to their own. Lets look at Catholicism. They train exorcists to remove demons. They preform intracate rituals and charms in their paths and they believe in God and an afterlife just to name a few. Yes their are differences but there is nothing that says that you can't be of that faith and another. I am and I have no problem finding my place in life. I look at it this way for one point. God says he is over all and we whould have no other gods before him. Never in any part of the bible that I have ever read does it say that no other gods or god like beings exist. Again just my opinion.
