that might be why you got the headache. I remember when I tried summoning a psi ball when i had just started magic, I was knocked out for almost 2 days.

start with basics and smaller magic.

it might also have to do with were you live. wolves may not be in your particular area, it could have just been a side affect from long-distance magic.
