I have been trying all kinds of techniques to help me astral project easier and have recently finished the rope technique but failed at it :( I want to practice astral projection till I get better at it but can I practice astral projection during the morning?!

It is not like mushrooms, it is not merely a "high" you begin to feel the gravitational forces of objects, you see spirits, and hear them, it lifts all veils. Before attempting, do some research and always have a witness who did not take any to keep you grounded with one foot in reality.
