Forgetting spell?

There is not a spell you can use that will be able to achieve that. You cannot wipe the memory of others, especially years of memories. No one is capable of such a thing, not now nor in the past. If you believe they are suicidal you should call a hotline, and consider getting them some help. Therapy and talking things out is the best approach to tense situations as such.
