True to a point End. Yes you must believe in yourself to acquire the confidence to take steps to get what you desire, however it takes more than just believing. You must put effort and take initiative to get what you wish.

Since you are new you need to learn, study, and practice your basics. Tombstone provided grand titles within the forums to get you started.
