There are a few astral planes we as humans can get to, you will get to the 1st which is mainly around your area, you just see your family, the next is where we can meet with our guides have chat with them, after then humans can't see or hear so you need to go with your guide. I've never been further than speaking to my guides & angles. I don't want to at the current time, maybe in the future.

I WAS VERY CLOSE TO DOING IT I WAS ON MY WAY TO SLEEP BUT I WAS I STILL AWAKE I WAS IMAGINING THEN I STARTED TO HEAR LIKE THIS SOUND IT WAS LIKE A BUZZING SOUND THEN IT FELT LIKE MY SPIRIT WAS COMEING UP OUT MY BODY I WAS IMAGINEING MY SPIRIT COMEING UP OUT MY BODY.
