can't be reasoned with

People who say such things are categorizing all the people of an entire religion as having a negative trait, that in and of itself is prejudice and entirely unreasonable.

^Agreed. Anywho, I always find it weird when people say "Oh, I've got a *insert religious affiliation/spiritual belief system* friend who's cool with me being..." It almost makes it sound like these people are being accepting despite their religion, as opposed to them just being decent human beings and being open minded. I just find it curious that people tend to feel like they need to associate acceptance within some kind of religious context as opposed to seeing the accepting person as just being a pretty awesome friend.

I hear a lot of things in a lot of places... There is a lot of bad information out there... It's up to you to be able to rationally tell the difference between good and bad information.

I'm just going to say this. I am and have been a Wiccan for a long time, and I am very reasonable. In fact I need to stop letting my friends reason me under a bus.
