Your mind is still growing literaly. Water is also essential to staying healthy. Physical excercise to keep your blood flowing to every part of your body supplying precious oxgen. Breathe air. In with the good. Out with the bad. Dont hold your breathe waiting for the other shoe to drop. Thats called stress and you dont want that either.

I think you are. I think my mum is psychic because she sometimes dreams of a river overflowing or someone in a river, days and sometimes weeks before the river near our house overflowed or someone drowns in the river. I may have some of that too. In primary school we were reading a book called Kensuke's kingdom by Michael Morpurgo. There was a bit in it, I think, where Japan gets a hurricane. A week later, Japan got a hurricane. Weird stuff.
