^ Sage is a well know herb for its cleansing properties. If you have a bundle of sage (smudge stick) or loose dried sage, burn the herb and engulf yourself in the smoke the smoke. you can recite psalm, holy verses, and prayers or incantations while visualizing evil, bad, and ill fortune leaving you and your body.

^Asperging. using holy waters and asperging one self or room can for cleansing is another easy way to rid of one self of magic troubles. their are tons of recipes and formulas for holy water but simplest is salt water or water that's been prayed over and/or charged with your intent. Simple steps like smudges can be done. why stop at holy water, making solutions out of cleansing herbs and putting it in a spray bottle. totally convenient lol

^the next step and more aggressive approach would be doing a "return to sender" candle spell or reversing candle spell. its best if you have a double action candle (two colored candle, top color represents type of problem you are having. like red for love, green for money and business problems. while the bottom half is usually black and this represents the curse and ill intent) dress the candle is Reversing oil, or return to sender. If you dont have the oil then carve your intent onto the candle. depending on the practices you may charge the candle and visualize the bad magick worked against you is now ending and returning to the person who placed it against you. if you know the person who is targeting, carve their name in reverse in the bottom half and your name on the top half. you may choose to incorporate the moon phases to your spell. The dark moon is best for this kind of spell. but waning is good for its receding and you wish you curse to recede with it.

I Hope I answered your question :D

I just wanted to make a note of something. The elementals associated with the circle are as follows: Gnomes are associated with Earth, Salamanders are associated with fire, Slyphs are associated with air, and Undines are associated with water.

Dryads are a type of Nymph that are associated with trees and forests. They were generally assocaited with one specific tree and protected and watched over that tree. The Dryads that actually lived within the tree they protected were known as Hamadrades.

The life of the Dryad and the tree were said to be linked, if something should happen to one, it would cause the death of the other.

The following sources have more information on this particular topic.

Now then, onto your question. I don't generally study this particular topic or associated materials, but from my research, I believe that the first deity associated with that particular Zodiac sign was Pan. Though I could be wrong, as I also found articles associating it with the gods Dionysus and Saturn as well.
